Happy and the River: The premiere tour of a brand new production commissioned by the City of St. Croix Falls, Happy and the River is an original play set to music that spans Wisconsin history from the early fur traders and settlers on the St. Croix River to the creation of Earth Day in 1970 by Senator Gaylord (Happy) Nelson.
