This weekend, the Open Air Festival of the Arts hits year number four. Local and regional artists will be displaying and selling their original fine art in beautiful downtown Eau Claire. Enjoy two days of art, live music and fresh food, plus a juried fine art festival, belly dancers, the Eau Claire farmers market and children's activities. KIDS: Paper Cow Theater: Springtime Storytellers Festival | Join the crowd pleasing Madame Lanita for her original storytelling. Share your own classic and/or original tales. All storytellers and story lovers welcome. (Kris Winter's Paper Cow Theater, E4970 370th Ave., Menomonie; Sat., 1-3pm; $5)

ART: Dark Radio Images by Mark A. Castillo | UWEC graphic design student, photographer, and artist Mark A. Castillo of Dark Radio Images presents a month-long gallery of jaw-dropping expressions of the beauty and horror of industrialization. (Tangled Up in Hue, 416 S. Barstow St., Eau Claire; check venue for hours; free)

FUN: 47th Annual Durand Funfest | Featuring music, contests, a carnival, motor car rides, motorcycle cruises, a kickball tournament, a classic car cruise, games, food, video archery tournament, and much more. Grand parade is Sunday at 2pm. (Durand Memorial Park, Madison & Second Streets, Durand; Sat/Sun, 11am-10pm; free)
