Nearly a year ago, Volume One decided to contribute to the geocaching craze by creating a “cache” of our own. We essentially found a good hiding spot, gave readers a clue and some coordinates, and placed a container with some stickers and a finder log in it. Truth be told, we kinda forgot about it until now.

Turns out about 80 people tracked it down, wrote their name, took a trinket and left a trinket, all in the past year. One even found it two days ago! And the finders are from all over the place, with signatures from as far as Sussex, WI and Canada! … Suffice to say, there weren’t any stickers left, and instead we found all kinds of random stuff shown above.

After ogling at the notes and prizes left for us, we stocked it back up with stickers and returned it to its rightful place. If you want to give finding it a try, look at coordinates: N 44 48.659 W 091 30.125 “beside big twins grown together, where the third wood would tether.”
