There’s no grey area at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center this right now. The Black & White exhibition explores the connections and contrasts between opposites. The work investigates the visual and conceptual use of black, white, and grey through various materials. Exhibiting artists are Daniel Atyim, Tiffany Bailey, Lori Chilefone, Mike Christopherson, Ned Gannon, Jane Herrick, Tom Hollenback, Steve Katrosits, Jason Lanka, Eric Lee, Tiit Raid, Scott Robertson, Sandra Starck and Bruce Warren.

EASTER: Easter Egg Hunt | The Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts of Eau Claire present a traditional egg hunt, bouncy houses and a medallion hunt, winner of which receives tickets to the upcoming Air show June 5-6. The hunt will be divided up into five groups: 1-2 years, 3-5 years, 6-8 years, 9-10 years and a handicap area. (Pine Pavilion, Carson Park; Sat/10am/free)

PUNK-GRASS: Midtown Dickens | Midtown Dickens are a multi-tasking, do-it-together folk punk-grass gaggle of best friends whose mission is to inspire community building through music and chance-taking. FOLK: Charlie Parr | A confused and shy individual, Charlie Parr is an amazing and real traditional country bluesman and finger-picking virtuoso from Duluth. He plays original and traditional folk and Piedmont-style blues, accompanying himself on National resonator guitars, 12-string guitar and sometimes a banjo. (The Mousetrap; Sat/10pm/free)
