Saturday: Might as well jump!

The 124th Annual Silver Mine Invitational ski jump event started yesterday and continues through today. It’s drawn some of the best ski jumpers in the world for USSA-sanctioned competition involving individuals soaring more than 80 meters the frosty winter air. Competitors this year include the very best of Norway, Canada, Russia, Poland, Finland, the US, and even Eau Claire. Saturday’s competitions ($10) actually end with a dance.
