Saturday marks the third year of Eau Claire’s own outdoor arts festival, featuring artwork on display and for sale by award winning fine artists – plus live music performances, belly dancing groups, poets, food vendors, the downtown Eau Claire Farmer's Market and tons of free activities for kids.
