On Saturday night (6:35pm), down at Carson Park, our very own Eau Claire Express will be going up against the La Crosse Loggers, who apparently think their hometown has a rich enough logging history to warrant a lumberjack-themed baseball mascot. Which we passed on, instead choosing a mascot in the form of a RAGING LOCOMOTIVE. Based on mascots, we’ve already won this one. But hey, you could still go to the game for the beer and peanuts.
