Downtown Eau Claire Trick-Or-Treating
Downtown Eau Claire Trick-or-Treating brings hundreds of families to North & South Barstow Streets for a fun, safe, and festive Halloween event in the heart of the city. Kids and parents are invited to dress up in their favorite costumes and stroll from business to business as downtown shops and partners hand out candy and treats along the route.
