Events Calendar

An elevated, hands-on class exploring the ancient art of making masa from scratch—the foundation of beloved dishes such as tortillas, tamales, and gorditas. Guided by Chef John Bender, participants will grind, shape, & cook masa into beautifully charred tortillas and more featuring seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Doors open at 5:30, class begins at 6:00.
