Furlong Gallery presents Bill Wikrent: Capturing the Moment, celebrating a lifetime of Bill Wikrent's photography. For 27 years, he worked as a media specialist and photographer at UW-Stout's Instructional Technology Services, contributing significantly to the university's visual history. This exhibition features a selection of his campus work in collaboration with UW-Stout Archives. The heart of this exhibition contains Bill's personal photographs which reveal his technical expertise and artistic sensibility. His work illuminates how light and atmosphere interplay, offering insight to his surrounding world. This tribute invites viewers to experience the quiet beauty Bill captured in every frame.

Bill Wikrent: Capturing the Moment is on view at the Furlong Gallery from January 27 to March 1, 2025. The exhibit’s reception will take place Thursday, February 20 at 4:30–6:30 p.m.
