30th Annual Give a Kid a Book Program
The Friends of the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library hosts an annual drive to give every child in need a new book, with the goal to provide kids priceless memories and creativity. You can support the program with donations of new, unwrapped books now through Dec. 16 at the Friends of the Library Bookstore (located on level 0 of the library.)
Suggestions for new books for Give a Kid a Book include board books for babies, easy picture books for ages 2 through 5, and fiction and non-fiction books for ages 6 to 18, as well as books written in Spanish and Hmong.
