Events Calendar

Participate in a 1-hour forest therapy walk to slow down, open your senses, and reconnect with Nature. There will be an introduction to the practice followed by mindful movements, a sensory meditation, and Nature invitations. The walk will conclude with a gratitude practice and tea gathering.
