Bridging Memories is an event for those living with dementia and their caregivers to enjoy a fun day of activities while finding support in their journey. Hosted at Kamp Kenwood in Chippewa Falls, enjoy refreshments and lunch, take a pontoon and trishaw ride, go on a nature walk, and more.
