Soul Flow + Self-Reiki
Experience a rejuvenating blend of warming yoga flows and restorative poses, and learn to incorporate self-Reiki for stress relief and balance. Class will end with a sound bath. Essential oils, sage, palo santos, and crystal singing bowls will be used. Suitable for all levels with free mat rentals and props.
