Lazy Monk & The Good Wives 5 Course Beer Pairing Dinner
Lazy Monk Brewing and The Good Wives are teaming up to create a unique five course menu with each dish paired with a different Lazy Monk Brew.
The menu is as follows:
- Course 1 Warm spiced oxtail broth with pumpernickel and marrow butter
- Course 2 Wilted bitter greens salad with bleu cheese and apples
- Course 3 Oysters on the half-shell with smoked vinegar and apple mignonette
- Course 4 Braised beef shortribs in Lazy Monk beer with soft polenta and seasonal vegetables
- Course 5 Gingerbread cake with poached pears and creme anglaise
