Down-to-earth values and pedal-to-the-metal drive has brought Courtney Kneifl to the top of her game in the Chippewa Valley.
Perhaps the one common thread between entrepreneurs across the Chippewa Valley is their innate desire to create. Regardless of doubt or fear of what lies ahead, it is often the case that local small business owners see a gap in their community — so they fill it.
For local realtor Courtney Kneifl, the creation of her own entrepreneurial endeavor was guided by something simple: a desire to meet people where they’re at.
It was a quiet, important need, when Luxe Realty got its start nearly two years ago. Today, it’s a mission that increasingly resonates with locals looking to get their own start — be it through a home or property.
It takes a pedal-to-the-metal style, to help people achieve those milestone-marking moments. That kind of grind isn’t for everyone. Luckily, it’s Courtney’s forte.
“Depending on how you look at it, the way I pour myself into my work could be a positive or not,” Courtney laughed. “Clients love my range in availability, which is almost all the time, and I love being able to give someone the information they need to make big life decisions.”
Even as the years go by and the market changes just as fast, Americans continue to chase what feels like one of modern life’s biggest accomplishments: homeownership. In a recent survey from BMO, well over half of respondents echoed that idea.
Having worked with people whose property aspirations and homeownership dreams are planted in the Chippewa Valley, Courtney has a keen eye suited for both buyers and sellers.
That knack also helped her secure her brokerage license — after working as a licensed realtor for two years. It is also what drew Luxe Realty and longtime local business, C&M Home Builders, with over 20 years of building experience in the Chippewa Valley and Real Estate experience to create a great partnership. Together we are able to offer years of experience and expertise in Real Estate with even more options for buyers and sellers.
“Giving people the knowledge and power to make really good purchases they can feel great about, that’s definitely the feeling that I love most.”
To be at the top of your game — or as Courtney puts it, “on point” — requires a genuine love for the work and the people it serves. That mindset isn’t one she’s found before, Courtney said, until partnering with C&M Home Builders.
The longtime local business’s own real estate agent, Brian Vitale, was on the same wavelength as Courtney from the start of the partnership. Over the past year, Courtney and Brian have brought a team-centric approach, bridging the separate Luxe Realty and C&M Builders businesses into one real powerhouse for clients. As we continue to grow together it creates an opportunity to show the next generation of local real estate professionals that team-centric work ethic in action. This has become the natural next step for Luxe Realty and C&M. Enter, Mason Youngquist, a construction consultant with C&M, which partners with Luxe Realty. Mason brings fresh perspective to the on-point expertise of the existing team — and begins the next chapter of real estate professionals, on the right note.
It’s likely not a coincidence that the past year has also been Luxe Realty’s most successful.
“In this line of work, when things get busy, sometimes you can’t help but think ‘what if I can’t keep this up?’ ” Courtney said, “but with Luxe, things seem to just get better and better.”
“Giving people the knowledge and power to make really good purchases they can feel great about, that’s definitely the feeling that I love most. That’s what we should be teaching,” Courtney said.
