BITES THAT SATISFY. On Friday, May 8, Volume One's annual Food Truck Friday series will return to the Great Lawn at Phoenix Park (330 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire) every month through September. Enjoy savory and sweet offerings from Nigerian Kitchen, Simply Cake Couture, Smackdaddy's Gourmet Grub and many more area vendors.

It's finally food truck season, folks, and you know what that means: the return of Volume One's Food Truck Friday. Kicking off on Friday, May 8, Food Truck Friday will return to the Great Lawn at Phoenix Park (330 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire) every month through September.

Expect up to 11 food trucks and trailers per date, bringing back familiar Food Truck Friday favorites – Live Great Food Truck, Smackdaddy's Gourmet Grub, Big Ash Pizza, Davis Dogs and Holy Donuts – as well as event newcomers including Nigerian Kitchen, Princy's Chicken, Simply Cake Couture, Star Asian Foods, Top Dog Mobile Restaurant and Up North Acai (plus, lemonade tents from Juice by Tene and Rudy's!).

Is your mouth watering yet? 

For both lunch AND dinner (and maybe a snack, sweet treat, mid-day pick-me-up, etc.), you'll find gyros and pizza, burgers and pasta, cheese curds and pierogies, cheesecakes and donuts, ice cream and acai bowls and more. Truly, there's something to satisfy every craving – but don't wait too long, as popular dishes sell out fast at each event data.
