BIGGER & BETTER: Empowered Parents Expo Returns to E.C. Aug. 1

One mother's mission to help families in Eau Claire can be see on display at an upcoming event: the second annual Empowered Parents Expo.
Hosted by Mama Bear Family Care, the Empowered Parents Expo – slated for Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Children's Museum of Eau Claire – is an opportunity for families to connect, play, and learn in an enriching, fun environment.
Free to attend (and with free area parking), the event will bring parents and families of similar age groups together while showcasing 20-plus vendors and local practitioners, hosting expert speakers, offering giveaways for door prizes, carseat safety checks with certified techs, and more.
Hosted by Jennifer Hafele (M.Ed., IBCLC) of Mama Bear Family Care, an Eau Claire-based practice, the event is an extension of the organization's mission to support families, parents, and children, to empower them for happy, healthy lives.
