The massive metal sculptures of the prehistoric behemoths, brought to town by the Eau Claire Sculpture Tour for the 2023 tour, are packing up to migrate to their next stomping grounds. These beloved sculptures were crafted by artist Dale Lewis – first exhibited in the area at the former Artisan Forge Studios in 2021 –  and can currently be found along Galloway Street (beginning just across the street from our very own Volume One office, coincidentally) and in River Prairie.

Visit Eau Claire announced the departure of the dinos will take place in mid-March. They'll set out in search of their next Great Valley to call home after that, so don't miss your chance to check out these creative wonders now!

The Eau Claire Sculpture Tour hopes to find sponsors to invite these metallic reptiles back to the Chippewa Valley, so if you're interested in a little philanthropic paleontology, you can learn more about the Sculpture Tour here.
