In 2024, organizers of Rock Fest and Hoofbeat (formerly Country Fest) announced they would be adding the area’s first-ever EDM music festival, Force Fields, to their repertoire. Kicking off the new year, the inaugural Force Fields lineup is officially out, and it features some big names. 

Force Fields – slated for June 6-7 in Cadott – is going all out with its first headliner, award-winning and Grammy-nominated DJ and electronic music producer, Marshmello. Marshmello’s most popular hits include “Happier,” a collaboration with artist Bastille; “Wolves,” a collaboration with Selena Gomez; and “FRIENDS,” a collaboration with British singer Anne-Marie.

REZZ, an award-winning DJ and producer from Canada, broke into the mainstream with her debut three-track EP Insurrection in 2015, organized by Skrillex. REZZ later released EP The Silence is Deafening on deadmau5’s label in 2016, cementing her growing fan base and “Queen of the Dark Techno Scene” title. 

Other artists on the bill include Liquid Stranger, INZO, RL Grime, Peekaboo, Wisconsin native Andy Immerman (former Bon Iver audio engineer), and over dozen more across the main stage and campground stage.

Tickets will be available on Thursday, Jan. 9, at 9am at ForceFieldsFestival.com. Tickets range from $69-$159 with a special all-inclusive group package, “Space Lounge,” priced at $3,200. Parking and camping passes will also be up for grabs. 

“We’re setting the stage for a transformative experience that fuses the spirit of EDM with the allure of the mystical creatures that have always been just below our feet,” festival promoter Wade Asher said in a recent media release. “We’re thrilled to show off the grounds to all newcomers of Force Fields as well as the loyal fans of Rock Fest and Hoofbeat!”
