Christmas with Lorie Line
Saturday, Nov. 30 | 3pm | $82+ | Pablo Center at the Confluence (128 Graham Ave., Eau Claire)

A longtime favorite in the Chippewa Valley, Lorie Line will return to the area to ring in the season through traditional and new Christmas music. Ms. Line has been touring her Christmastime performance for 35 years, performing with a dozen world-class musician during that time, with this year being just her fourth as the solo headliner. This end-of-November show with Ms. Line includes just one additional artist: baritone opera singer Jimmy Finch. Don’t just take it from us – Christmas with Lorie Line earned the title of Best Holiday Performance in the 2024 Chippewa Valley Readers Poll, thanks to local voters.

UWEC 50th Holiday Concert

Celebrating its 50th Holiday Concert with a special performance of “The Joy of Christmas” by Ross Hastings and inviting guests to sing along, this returning seasonal show is a holiday staple. Featuring the UWEC Wind Symphony, University Orchestra, Concert Choir, Women’s Concert Chorale, the Singing Statesmen, Symphonic Choir, and others, the Holiday Concert is an incredible showcase of the university’s music and theater talent.

Blue Violin Candlelight Christmas
Thursday, Dec. 12 | 7pm | $15-$40+ | Pablo Center at the Confluence (128 Graham Ave., Eau Claire)

After an incredibly well-received first performance in the Chippewa Valley last holiday season, musician Christopher Vuk (the “Blue Violin”) is returning to the area with a brand-new show and candlelight ambiance. With more than 500 candles set to deliver a magical atmosphere while Vuk performs Christmas music and his signature looping sound. Formerly first violinist of the Boston String Quarter, Vuk has also shared the stage with renowned artists like Gloria Estefan, Jennifer Holliday, John Mayer, and even Sesame Street.

CVSO Presents: A Christmas Jubilee: Celebrating 50 Years of Music

Ring in the Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra’s 50th holiday season with the talented area group’s delightful all-ages seasonal performance. Including a trio of sleighride pieces by Mozart, Prokofiev, and Anderson, CVSO will also be joined by top high school choristers from around the Chippewa Valley to perform Robert Shaws’ “The Many Moods of Christmas.”

With popular reception over a handful of years, area favorites Em Menz and the Sue Orfield Band are coming together on the Menomonie stage for guests to relish in their seasonal sounds. The music ensemble has poured their hearts into the holiday performance for the past four years, bringing the likes of classic holiday songs “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” and “Silent Night” as well as original arrangements.
