REAL LIFE FAIRYTALE! CVTG’s Fairytale Ball Returns on May 17
whimsy and Disney come to life at annual event
The 13th Annual Fairytale Ball will transform The Florian Gardens (2340 Lorch Ave., Eau Claire) into a Disney lovers’ dream on Friday, May 17, ready to welcome kids and their families with horse-drawn carriage rides, sing-alongs and games, face painting, and more.
Kids – and adults! – are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Disney characters. After all, you want to dress your best when you meet Ariel and Prince Eric; Elsa, Anna and Kristoff; Rapunzel and Flynn Rider; Moana; and so many others!
“Last year, more than 350 children and adults attended this fundraising event!” Executive Director Ann Sessions said. “It’s all for a good cause: Monies raised benefit arts programming for kids.”
Even returning attendees will find more to love at this year’s Fairytale Ball, the event set to feature even more characters, more singing, and face painting by Paint Me First. Plus, a silent auction, photo booth, food, and more will be offered.
Monies raised at the Fairytale Ball will go toward CVTG’s after-school program and kids classes, Sessions said.
Tickets, which are $10 per person, will be available at the door or by calling (715) 832-7529. Additional food tickets and activities will be sold separately. Presented by the Chippewa Valley Theater Guild and WEAU TV 13, the event will run 6-8:30pm.
