MORE OF JAY RAY'S. Jay Ray's is known for its loaded sub sandwiches with fun names (The De Niro, The G.O.A.T, The Big Chungus, etc.) and will soon be adding a new kind of grub to its menu.

Jay Ray’s Deli hit Eau Claire back in 2019 with the sandwich stuff of dreams: glorious pastrami, finger-lickin’ sauces like roasted garlic aioli and berry mustard, and – perhaps the best part of every ’wich – they’re always jam-packed with fresh ingredients. Soon, folks will be able to enjoy those sandwiches and more.

Facebook followers of the popular shop have taken note of its Dec. 24 post sharing happy holiday wishes and that, “There will be more news to follow in the coming weeks, so please stay tuned!” A few days later, they changed the page’s profile picture, ditching the “Jay Ray’s Deli” logo.

No need to worry though, Jay Ray’s mob – the removal of one word of the shop’s name indicates an upcoming product expansion.

The Brackett Avenue drive-thru eatery is rolling into the new year with its cult-favorite loaded sub sandwiches and one of three new food type additions: breakfast items, hot dogs, or mac ’n cheese bowls.

Jay Ray’s was originally opened by Adam Moskiewicz and Justin Allen, and is now solely owned by Moskiewicz.

Adam and Ali Moskiewicz said people constantly ask if Jay Ray’s will add more options to its food offerings, with breakfast items being the most common request. Adam said the plan is to make a final decision on what Jay Ray’s will be adding to its menu by the end of January with an official announcement to follow.

Jay Ray’s regulars can also expect new seasonal or monthly special sandwiches to roll out in 2024, adding variety to its already unique hot and cold sandwich menu.

So, Chippewa Valley, which would you prefer: Jay Ray’s breakfast, hot dogs, or mac ’n cheese bowls?

Jay Ray's is open Monday-Friday from 11am-6pm and Saturday from 11am-3pm at 1907 Brackett Ave., Eau Claire, and is drive-thru only. Keep up with Jay Ray’s on Facebook.
