C.F. to Welcome Second Caribou Coffee on Dec. 20
global coffeehouse chain will have opened two Chippewa Falls locations in one year
Among the slew of chain openings in Chippewa Falls this year, Caribou Coffee unveiled its first location just this spring in the same space as Pillar Bank (2868 County Highway I). On Wednesday, Dec. 20, Chippewa Falls will welcome a second Caribou Coffee at 1033 Chippewa Crossing Blvd., near the new Festival Foods.
The soon-to-open Caribou will be one of the chain’s “Caribou cabin” locations, convenience-focused sites that serve as drive-thru and pick-up window-only spaces, coming in at just under 600 square feet.
According to a recent media release, there will be a grand opening celebration for the new location on Friday, Dec. 22, with Caribou Perks members in the C.F. area to receive an exclusive BOGO 50% off handcrafted beverages deal when ordering ahead in the Caribou Coffee app that day and into the weekend.
For every visit during the grand opening weekend, Dec. 23-24, $1 will be donated to the Chippewa Humane Association Endowment Fund to support homeless and neglected animals in Chippewa County and longterm maintenance and operations of the shelter.
The new coffeehouse off Chippewa Crossing Boulevard and Highway 29 will be open Monday-Friday from 5am-8pm and Saturday-Sunday from 6am-8pm.
