Any nonprofit serving Eau Claire County is eligible for the Eau Claire Community Foundation’s latest grant cycle, the Community Grant Cycle, which is now open for applications through Jan. 19.

According to a recent media release, the Eau Claire Community Foundation is offering a new opportunity as well during the new cycle.

“While Community Grants traditionally support programs and asset purchases, ECCF has added an exciting and much-needed new opportunity: nonprofits can also choose to apply for grants of up to $10,000 to support their operations during times of increased need, such as unexpected revenue losses or unusually high expenses,” the foundation said.

During this cycle, nonprofits may assess their greatest needs and apply for either a Program, an Asset, or an Operations grant.

ECCF will host informational sessions on Nov. 8, Dec. 5, and Jan. 5 for nonprofits interested in applying for a Community Grant.

Through this cycle and other types of grants, ECCF has distributed more than $26 million to nonprofits since the organization began in 1997.

Learn more or register for an informational session by visiting the “Grant Opportunities” page on the ECCF website. Questions may be sent directly to grants@eccfwi.org.
