BLUES ON THE CHIPPEWA: Lineup Announced for Aug. 3-5 Festival

Calling all local blues fans – it’s time to save the date! Blues on the Chippewa is back again this year and just announced its lineup. The event is free and runs Thursday-Saturday, Aug. 3-5, at Memorial Park in Durand.

Featured 2023 artists include Joanna Conner, People Brothers Band, Big Ray & Chicago’s Most Wanted, Joyann Parker, Big Mike & The RNB Kings featuring Sierra Green, Lamont Cranston, Craig Clark Band, Halo Rider, Jon Sullivan, Left Wing Bourbon, Good Morning Bedlam, and Nick Foytik.

Enjoy three days of great music and an even better community. Donations are always accepted through the weekend to keep the event going and help local nonprofits. In the past, Blues on the Chippewa has benefitted groups such as the Durand Area Food Pantry, Brent Titus Music For Children Program, Pepin County Humane Society, seniors citizens programs, Durand Women’s Club “Fill a Backpack Program,” the Pepin County Historical Society, and more.
