If your neighborhood veggie garden needs a lil' sprucing up, check out the Eau Claire Garden Club grant program. These grants are available to local organizations involved in public gardening projects, and can be used for costs such as tree planting, soil amendments, purchasing new tools, and even structural enhancements.
The awards range from $100 to $200 and are available to any public organization within the Chippewa Valley. Applications are due by March 31. Recipients will be announced by April 30.
