Back and Better Than Ever: ADC Boutique & Coffee House Offers Unique Experience

“ADC Boutique is a symbol of where old meets new,” said owner Renelle Laffe. The new boutique – which originally opened just as a salon and spa and was shut down for months as a result of COVID-19 – celebrates its grand reopening in February, adding a new coffee shop to the already diverse array of offerings.
“ADC’s goal is to provide an actual experience,” Laffe said, “versus just a place to shop.”
The business has been more than four years in the making, slowly developing and evolving. Every item for sale is repurposed, suited to find the perfect home.

“From the latest fashion tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, candles, skincare, jewelry, purses, wall decor, gourmet treats, unique gifts to classic repurposed furniture … and a salon & spa as well to pamper yourself,” Laffe said, “there is truly something for everyone here at ADC.”
The goal of ADC Boutique is to create a unique experience for visitors, creating a communal environment to welcome everyone who enters. Laffe, who has 26 years of experience as a stylist, emphasized the importance of her relationships with clients through her work.
“I get the honor of changing (my clients’) appearance to fit their next phase of life,” she said, “and now I get to expand that relationship to helping them with their career clothing, special events, and just even lounging around.”
The recent expansion and addition of the coffee shop aims to bring in new clients, as well as make their regulars feel more at home in their shop. ADC’s Coffee House uses coffee beans sourced from the Twin Cities, and they also offer dairy-free coffee options.
“ADC is everything that I dreamt of,” Laffe said, “and I love seeing all the new guests and becoming a part of their life.”
