UW-Stout recently announced that the national search for a new provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs had officially concluded, as Glendali Rodriguez was selected for the role on Nov. 4, according to a media release.

“I am excited to serve as the next provost for UW-Stout,” Rodgriguez said. “Since becoming a member of the community in 2005, I have developed a sense of pride in Stout –  its employees, the students, our professional and community partners – and our amazing dedication to fostering success. It’s an honor to lead the Academic Affairs Division.”

Rodriguez is a licensed professional architect who holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a master’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.  She has been a part of UW-Stout’s faculty since 2005, and has served as professor, department chair, and associate provost.

“I am delighted that Glendali Rodriguez will be serving as the new provost and vice chancellor for Academic Affairs,” said Chancellor Katherine Frank. “Glendali is deeply committed to UW-Stout's identity and mission as Wisconsin’s Polytechnic University.”
