Recently, they increased their starting wages for manufacturing, welding, and powder team members to $19-29. All positions at Curt by Lippert have the opportunity to earn an additional monthly bonus of  $320. Taking care of their team is at the core of company culture. And, when it comes to training opportunities, Curt by Lippert is incomparable. Their Weld Training Program offers employees the opportunity to learn how to weld in four weeks, and pays a starting wage of $18.75 an hour. Their weld position openings start at $21.25 an hour, with extra bonuses for 2nd shift ($1.50 extra per hour), weekend shift ($3 extra per hour) and weekend second shift ($5 more per hour). Powder coating team members start at $20.75 with an extra $1 per hour for third shift.

Fabrication team members start at $19.50, with a weekend second shift earning an extra $3 per hour. You also can’t miss checking out their new part-time positions, with flexible shifts between 8-30 hours a week.
