Market & Johnson drone video of L.E. Phillips Library construction

Market & Johnson recently shared drone footage of the progress on renovations to Eau Claire’s L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library – an $18.5 million endeavor that will add a new third-floor event space, an expanded Dabble Box maker space area, modernized study rooms, redesigned shelving and improved spacing between shelving to offer “unprecedented physical access” and a new drive-up window for pickup and drop-off services – among many other amenities.
The footage from Thursday, Sept. 23, was posted on Friday, Sept. 24, by Market & Johnson, the Eau Claire firm that is serving as the project’s contractor. As renovations continue to the library’s downtown location, library services are offered at a temporary location at 2725 Mall Drive in Eau Claire.
