Grab your bibs, gloves, and little hammers, and head down to Eau Juicy, a recently opened, family-owned Cajun seafood restaurant on North Clairemont Avenue in Eau Claire. There is something for every seafood lover to enjoy, with a menu full of crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, and mussels.
“We want good quality food,” said Xavier Yang, owner of Eau Juicy, “but also want to give new experiences to customers.”

We want good quality food, but also want to give new experiences to customers.
Xavier Yang
owner of Eau Juicy
An Eau Claire native, Yang felt like something was missing from the area. “I grew up and wanted something different,” he said. “I wanted more variety.” With the goal of variety in mind, the Yang family found that a family-oriented, Cajun seafood boil was the way to go. And the name, they said, was a no-brainer.
“We wanted to keep Eau Claire in the name,” Yang said. “My sister and mom said ‘Eau Juicy’ at the same time and then (it was) voted on by the rest of the family.”
Since Eau Juicy opened in July, they have offered both dine-in and take-out options every Thursday through Sunday from 5-10pm, but they hope to expand to delivery sometime in the near future. The restaurant also offers a full bar, live music, an outdoor space, karaoke, and the option to rent out the venue.
Yang’s goal, he said, is for those who come to enjoy their delicious food to create joyful memories to last a lifetime.
