Wisconsin Poet Laureate Slated to Speak at Toward One Wisconsin Conference

Equity, diversity, and inclusion are a huge part of what makes Wisconsin great, and Toward One Wisconsin continues to push for it. Dasha Kelly Hamilton, current poet laureate for the state of Wisconsin, writer, and creative change agent, is now a conference co-chair and plenary speaker for the T1W conference happening in October. Kelly Hamilton was fundamental in the virtual conference put on last year. She is an Arts Envoy in the U.S. Embassy and is constantly pushing for more conversations regarding race, class, and equity.
