Blue Ox held a few socially distanced events called Campout In The Pines this summer at newly-renamed The Pines Music Park. They'd like to have Blue Ox at full capacity in August 2021, and are planning a few more Campouts in the spring.

The location formerly known as Whispering Pines Campground – the home of the Blue Ox Music Festival for six years running now – is doing a bit of a rebrand and debuting its new name: The Pines Music Park. It’s still owned and operated by the Blue Ox team (as it’s been since 2015), but in a Facebook post, the festival explained that it never really functioned fully as a campground, so the name change better reflects its purpose. The festival also announced that Blue Ox 2021 will take place later in the summer in August, rather than June. Organizers plan to host a few more smaller-scale campouts (with live music) throughout the spring and summer next year. To learn more, head to www.pinesmusicpark.com.
