The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association has announced its first-ever Virtual Parade of Homes, presented by Spin Vision Virtual Tours. Due to COVID-19, adjustments have been made to this popular annual event so that it can continue. To protect homeowners and the public, the event will be virtually hosted by Spin Vision Virtual Tours. On June 24, the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association will be releasing virtual tours of 19 new homes and one remodeled home. Then, on July 15, virtual tours of three additional new homes and one remodeled home will be available. This event is free and will be hosted online at paradeofhomescv.com. Virtual Parade of Homes Goes Live Wednesday

June 23rd, 2020 (Eau Claire, WI): The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes presented by Spin Vision and Great American Fireplace is going virtual with 22 new homes and 2 remodeled homes, and it’s FREE!. The video tours will release in two phases, with most of the virtual tours becoming available on Wednesday, June 24th showing 19 new homes and 1 remodeled home. Then on Wednesday, July 15th, 3 additional new homes and 1 remodeled home are available. This year the homes range in value from $130,000 to over $1 million and trends this year include: brushed gold finishes, more use of black and white, two-tone kitchen cabinetry, rustic accents, and personalized touches. Plus this year there are some fun custom additions in some of the higher end homes.
