Want to offer your thoughts about the proposed redesign of Boyd Park? A public input session will be held at 6:30pm Thursday, March 5, at Spirit Lutheran Church, 1310 Main St. The gathering will be hosted by the Eastside Hill Neighborhood Association Steering Committee, which is spearheading the effort to upgrade the popular riverside park.

Two proposals for the park created by Ayres Associates will be discussed; according to the neighborhood association, “both plans include different presentations of the concepts, amenities, and arrangements suggested by our prior input sessions.”

Feedback from the March 5 meeting, as well as a citywide input session at Eau Claire's City Hall on March 12 (7-8:30pm), will be used to to craft a final plan, which will be presented to the city’s parks and Waterways Commission later in March.
