Opening Up

Blue Boxer Arts Will Share Space With Tangled up in Hue

Blue Boxer Arts will host a grand re-opening on Nov. 2 to celebrate its move into Tangled Up in Hue, 505 S. Barstow St. Following renovations at the latter store, what was once office space has been transformed into a large nook filled with craft supplies. Jaime Kyser, who co-owns both stores with Erin Klaus, said the move will help them better manage both businesses and focus on creative collaboration between Tangled Up in Hue and Blue Boxer.

“We are so excited to now offer handmade items as well as local yarn and fiber (and beads too!)” she said. Blue Boxer Arts will continue to offer local yarn, fiber, and beads, as well as quality yarn, fiber, and bead supplies from all over the country and world. Tangled Up in Hue will continue to offer handmade, one-of-a-kind items for sale. In addition, as it has since opening in 2017, Blue Boxer Arts will continue to offer a wide variety of classes every month geared toward beginner and advanced artisans.

For the grand re-opening on Nov. 2, Blue Boxer Arts is offering 20% off all class registrations and 10% off all products. In addition, three gift baskets full of fun fibers, gift certificates, kits, and more will be given away during the event. To win a gift basket, simply walk through the new space and enter a drawing.
