On Thursday, May 12, diners in Chippewa Country will be able to get a great meal while also helping a great cause. Open Door Clinic is holding its annual Meet to Eat for the Free Clinic fundraiser. Participating restaurants will donate one-quarter of that day’s sales to the clinic, which provides health care to Chippewa County residents who don’t have other options. Those restaurants include Chippewa Family Restaurant, Deb’s Café, Harms Way Bar & Grill, High Shores Supper Club, Horizons Lounge, Lucy’s Deli, Old Abe’s Supper Club, The Lodge, The SandBar & Grill, and Xpeditions Coffee Company & Market. Restaurant patrons can also enter a drawing for prizes including passes to the Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival, Rock Fest, and Country Fest.
