“Unobstructed Views” by  April Moriah
acrylic on  canvas with digital edit, 16” x 20”

April Moriah  is a hobbyist living in downtown, Eau Claire. She enjoys bumming around local shops, cartoons, and books by Neil Gaiman. Her dream is to attend school for animation.

"'Unobstructed Views' was a piece inspired by a rushed speed walk through Phoenix Park to the transit center. I wanted to capture what it is like to experience a Wisconsin winter after the holidays have passed. This piece was meant to express the silence and tranquility of Eau Claire’s downtown streets when it’s too cold to be out and about, a stark contrast to the noise and commotion of downtown in the summer."  – The Artist
