A String Above, the shop owned by CJ White, caters to guitarists of all ages and skill levels with a wide variety of guitars and accessories available. White and her coworker Andrew Hayhoe also offer lessons to everyone from beginners to the most advanced. In addition, repairs can be made in-store for many stringed instruments. A player since she was 10, CJ opened the shop in April and already is making a big impression, even immediately drawing people in with her guitar- and album-covered walls.
