Hans Hinke of Hans Unlimited Culinary believes in his simple, comfort foods with a twist – like cajun and creole flavors. According to Hinke, “not all mashed potatoes are created equal.” He loves teaching, makes a mean jambalaya, and enjoys cooking for customers in their homes for interactive meals as well as helping parents with graduation parties.
