August 14 saw Volume One’s 3rd annual Chalkfest, where over 90 artists came to Eau Claire’s Wilson Park, transforming panels of sidewalk into concrete canvases. Above: 3rd Place Audience Choice winner Nate Roesler. Over 1,500 votes were cast by the sidewalk-gawking public.
