OvenWorks Pizza is a frozen pizza outlet whose headquarters is right here in Eau Claire (and manufacturing in Glen Flora). The company started more than 20 years ago, and has been growing ever since. What gives OvenWorks that extra zing is the cheese. In proud Wisconsin fashion, OvenWorks takes pride in loading their pizzas up with five different cheeses, including mozzarella, romano, parmesan, provolone, and cheddar. This cheese is not used in skimpy amounts, either; each pizza is given six ounces of cheese, whereas most frozen pizzas you’ll find only three to four ounces. Some of their signature pizzas include: five-cheese Texas toast, thick crust deluxe, and thick crust pepperoni.
