The 2nd Annual WHYS 96.3 FM Bluegrass Festival went down on Saturday, August 22 over at Lake Altoona County Park. Bands included New North String Band, Easthill Bluegrass Band, Evergreen Grass Band, The Seeger Boys, Ivory Bridge, and more.
