    Ah, spring, “when a young man’s fancy turns to thoughts of love.” There’s a lot to love about spring: warmer weather, birds singing, and the spring issue of NOTA (None of the Above)! The latest version of UW-Eau Claire’s literary and arts magazine features three cover designs representing the spring thaw (snowy, soupy, and sprouting grass).
