Inspired by humble regional ingredients, Wisconsin Dairy Farmer Inga Witscher sets out in search of a good story behind the meal. In this episode, the main course is steak and ale pie with ingredients from Blue Gentian Farm and St. Isidore's Mead Organic Dairy. After a visit to the farms, Inga is joined by a group of Wisconsin lumberjacks for a cold weather feast and celebration.
