There’s an obvious beauty about living in a place where we truly feel and enjoy what each season brings, from sunshine to snowstorms.

More than that, though, is what adventures can be had year-round: getting your old college friends together for a full day out on the lake, boating and waterskiing; heading out with the neighborhood crew to hit some new motorcycle stops; jumping into the side-by-side with a buddy. Really, it’s about making memories, and that’s what Airtec Sports is all about.

Right now, Airtec is seeing the most full showroom it’s had in some time, and that’s something the store staff love almost as much as the folks who walk in do.

“I’m happy to report that, amongst all of our five stores, we have a lot of product right on-site,” said Justin Heizer, Menomonie Airtec’s store manager. “(In Menomonie) we have the fullest on-site offerings I’ve seen in my tenure here. I’ll have been here three years this July, and with the weather changing now, the customer traffic, phone calls, and overall feel in the store has taken off tremendously.”

i mean, making memories is what (airtec) is all about.

WE WANT THAT FOR OUR CUSTOMER BASE, FOR OURSELVES, FOR EVERY PERSON WE INTERACT WITH.

But what’s hot right now for all things adventure machines? Well, with boating season ramping up over, the boating options are a must-see at Airtec. From pontoons to deck boats, popular tried-and-true brands and Wisconsin manufacturers, and sweet additions like hydraulic-driven legs to really give you your summer-ready sea legs, this store just about has it all.

“The boating industry is really one of those that over the past couple of years, we’ve seen and continue to see take off, and really be a way to get people and families out together,” Justin said.

Of course, side-by-sides continue to dominate across the board as well as ATVs, often functional across the seasons for a variety of uses. While the Polaris Ranger is basically the bread-and-butter, tried-and-true option, Airtec is home to a ton of different manufacturers. “The options are really endless,” Justin said.

Whatever your choice of machine is, something about the last handful of years has changed something about the way people get outdoors to have fun.

“That family and friend aspect has been a huge driver. I think we felt that from the staycation perspective, when people weren’t really able to travel,” he explained. “Even with opportunities to travel again, I think the mentality for people, and even more so in some families, is there are ways to invest great memories this way, right here.”

While you can ask any team member at Airtec what their favorite season for outdoor activity or machine is and get a different answer from each one, that’s exactly what makes the store a one-stop shop. When something in-store catches your eye, there’s someone there with the personal experience and industry knowledge to guide you in the right direction.

“I have a young family – my kid is about to turn three – and I'm able to expose my kid to some of the fondest memories growing up out on a fishing boat or riding an ATV or snowmobile. Those memories are important, and you don’t forget them.”

“Personal experience is key to talking with customers in regard to performance, wants, and needs from a machine,” Justin explained. “For example, I have a young family – my kid is about to turn three – and I’m able to expose my kid to some of my fondest memories growing up out on a fishing boat or riding an ATV or snowmobile. Those memories are important, and you don’t forget them.”

Whether folks come in looking for that fun, sport-looking machine or function and utility over all else, there’s a product to show or a resource to get your hands on it, at Airtec.

“I mean, making memories is what (Airtec) is all about. We want that for our customer base, for ourselves, for every person we interact with,” Justin said.
