Saying our annual goodbye to summer here in the Valley never seems to get easier, but Visit Eau Claire is amping up the excitement for fall with its latest mobile pass: the Eau Claire Fall Crawl.
Visit Eau Claire has launched a few editions of its travel-around-town free mobile passes, and the latest has a fall theme and features 23 locations around the Eau Claire area. “We want to showcase to locals and visitors that Eau Claire is more than a summer destination,” Executive Director Benny Anderson said.
Locations include scenic spots like Carson Park and the Chippewa River State Trail, attractions like Ferguson’s Orchards and Govin’s Farm, numerous local breweries, and many more across the Valley.
As always, all you need to do is sign up for the free pass, then click on the link the Visit EC website will send straight to your phone via text or email. When you swing by one of the 23 locations, the mobile pass will allow you to verify which spot you’re at and offer prizes for checking in! Fall Crawl prizes include fall-themed Eau Claire stickers, a hat, and more.
If someone hits 10 locations, they’ll be entered into the grand prize drawing for goodies including a cribbage board, two Yeti thermoses, and a Solo Stove. As a bonus, people who check in at all 23 spots will receive an extra five entries into the drawing. The promotion runs through Nov. 30, so there’s plenty of time to hit all the spots.
