The Brewing Projekt's mission is to craft awesome, unique, or hard-to-find ales and lagers. The taproom at the Projekt is right inside of the brewery complete with all the sights, sounds, and smells of the craft. You'll regularly find pilot or test brews on tap. Outdoor and rooftop seating available. They regularly host events like food trucks, yoga, and more.
