CHEERS! Grab a friend or take a solo adventure with Pocket-Sized Adventures, created for Chippewa County adventurers.

Go Chippewa County, the area’s tourism organization, is creating planned adventures for folks to further explore Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie, and surrounding communities thanks to its newly launched Pocket-Sized Adventures.

For the next 12 months, Go Chippewa County will be venturing out on weekly adventures and sharing its destinations and experiences online. “With 449 lakes, miles upon miles of trails, great eating and sipping spots, along with history and art galore, we will experience each and every aspect that our corner of the state has to offer,” its website says.

Dubbed the “Pocket-Sized Adventure,” these brief yet exploration-packed journeys have already featured an afternoon in Bloomer visiting Bohemian Ovens and Bloomer Brewery, a day spent in Chippewa Falls sippin’ marvelous beverages at Whirlybird Coffee Co. and venturing to String Theory Studio and Lagom, and exploring the incredible multi-story Chippewa Area History Center.
